Who is bulbpix.com for?
This site is designed as a service for journalists. We welcome both
print and web journalists, and supply resolutions appropriate for
each. We also welcome art directors, photo editors and Web designers.
Who is responsible for bulbpix.com?
www.bulbpix.com is the online image resource of the Netherlands Flower Bulb Information Center/North America. The NFBIC is the press information office for the association of all Dutch flower bulb growers, exporters and auction houses. Our main site is www.bulb.com.
Is there a charge to subscribe?
This is a free resource for qualified subscribers. We only ask for image attribution, when possible, and, when appropriate, a link back to www.bulb.com would be appreciated. All images are free and copyright-free for editorial use.
What format are the photos in?
All bulbpix.com photos are in the JPG format. We provide two resolutions of each image, a hi res version suitable for print, and a lower res image suitable for Web or PowerPoint. All images for subscribers have complete IPTC image information
embedded in them, with attribution and identifying information, as well
as a notice that the image is copyright-free for editorial usage.
If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?
No, an unlimited membership allows you full access to download any photos on our site at no extra charge.
Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
